New-home customer experience platform
Everything about one home, in one place everyone can trust.
SingleStory is the shared layer between contract and closing. The home is the record — the buyer, sales, construction, lending, closing and the Realtor each open the part of it they are responsible for. One home. One story. Everyone aligned.

01 — One shared home
The home is the record. Not five copies of it.
Community, plan, lot, stage, dates, updates, documents, financing status and the people involved all belong to the same home. When construction moves a stage or closing confirms a date, everyone is already looking at the new answer — including the buyer.

02 — The buyer experience
Your buyer stops guessing.
Buyers get one place that answers where their home is, what happens next, whether anything is needed from them, and who to ask. It carries the builder's name and branding, not ours.
03 — Team coordination
Same home. Different responsibilities.
Nobody is asked to adopt somebody else's tool. Each role opens a view shaped around what they own, and sees only the information that belongs to them.
Sales
The buyer relationship
Stage, next date, financing status and closing — without asking three people for them.
Construction
The build and what the buyer hears about it
A stage change and a few jobsite photos become the buyer's update.
Lending
Verification of financing items
Buyers report their own items; the lender confirms them. Nobody else changes that status.
Closing
The closing date and logistics
One confirmed date, quoted the same way by everyone.
Realtor
Their client's confidence
Progress and dates for their client's home. Not builder operations.
04 — Construction visibility
Progress from the field, without extra work.
A superintendent sets the stage and adds a few photos from the jobsite. That becomes the buyer's update, the Realtor's update and the sales consultant's context — once, from the person who was actually there.

05 — Financing visibility
Everyone sees the financing status. The lender still owns it.
Buyers report what they've completed and the lender verifies it. SingleStory is never the lender's system of record and never holds lender documents — it simply keeps the rest of the team from guessing where financing stands.
06 — Closing coordination
One closing date. Confirmed by the people who own it.
Closing owns the date, so sales, construction, lending, the Realtor and the buyer stop quoting three different ones. Documents that are safe for the buyer appear in the buyer's home; the rest stay where they belong.

07 — Leadership attention
Manage the exceptions, not another dashboard.
Leadership sees the homes that need attention and who owns the next step — overdue buyer actions, unconfirmed dates, homes that have gone quiet. Everything that is fine stays quiet.
08 — Builder configuration
Configured around the way you already build.
Communities, plans, elevations, lots, journey stages and the team that works each community are set up once. Every home created afterwards inherits them, so nobody rebuilds the same setup one buyer at a time.
See it on one of your own homes.
Thirty minutes, walked through the way your teams actually work — sales, construction, lending and closing around the same home.
